The developer of the program, Ken Wooden, interviewed convicted pedophiles and discovered common “lures” used to entice kids from safety. The program asserts that most people are good and kind but we have to protect our kids from people that might want to hurt them. Parents are encouraged and most welcome to attend with your children.
